• The map by source: the Organize switch arranges entries by topic or by source: 📎 document, 💭 your recollection, 👥 other people's account, 🔍 hypothesis, ❓ to recover, 💬 observed in chat, ✏️ Claude's note.
• Parts of an entry: in the map each record entry is split into parts, each with its source.
• Documents: send a report in the chat and Claude links it to the map, with a preview and a link.
• A period is required for "When we talked about it", because entries pile up over time.
• If you already have a map, type update map to get the new features.

• Automatic update at the end of a chat: if you choose it, Claude updates your record on its own when you say goodbye and after important things, without you typing "update record".
• Scheduled upkeep: if you choose it, Claude tidies your record, tags and map as often as you decide. Anything that needs your yes becomes a proposal, which Claude asks about in your next chat.
• You choose both at first start or with settings. Manual commands still work.
• New guide: What you update.

• When you turn on the therapy notebook, Claude asks how often you have sessions and whether day and time are always the same.
• Fixed sessions: preparation and debrief repeat at the pace of your sessions (weekly, every two weeks, monthly).
• Variable sessions: preparation and debrief are scheduled one session at a time. At the end of the debrief Claude asks when the next session is and schedules both tasks for the right date and time.
• New command next session: + day and time, to say when the session is or that it has moved.

• Each kind of text has its own command: let's write a poem, let's write poetic prose, let's do expressive writing, let's write a story, let's write my autobiography, let's write my diary, let's write a novel. You can paste the text right after.
• The poem: command is gone, because "let's write a poem" covers it. If you type it out of habit, Claude still understands.
