Things that are mine
Your own sentences about yourself, in your exact words, to reread when you need them.
What it's for
Sometimes the fear of no longer knowing who you are comes up, or other people's words weigh too much. The card collects sentences you said about yourself, to reread at those moments. Its value lies precisely in the fact that they are yours.
- Only your words. Claude doesn't rephrase, polish or correct, and doesn't add sentences of its own, not even “encouraging” ones.
- Only what you confirm. Claude proposes one to five sentences. Only the ones you say yes to go in, and if you correct one, your version counts.
- They stay. Sentences aren't deleted or changed unless you ask.

When do you think you'll reread it? Only if you'd like to say.
When I feel I'm not myself anymore
I've written it at the top of your card, in your words.
⚠️ At the end of a chat: sentences go in only when you tell me which ones you confirm. To add some, type “my card”.
my card
In this chat you haven't said anything about yourself that I could propose yet. I'll propose sentences when there are some.

In this conversation you said a few things about yourself. Here are three, in your exact words:
- “I'm slow, but I get there.”
- “When I write, [I] find myself again.”
- “My daughter says I laugh like I used to.”
The first and the second. Write the second like this though: “When I write I find myself again.”
Done: I added the two sentences, the second in your version.

Today you said: “I've learned to ask for help.” Would you like to add it?
Yes
What gets saved
- things-that-are-mine.md: the confirmed sentences, each with its date. Words in square brackets are only there to make the sentence clear out of context.
At the end of a chat: sentences go into your card only when you say which ones you confirm. Before closing, answer, even just “later”.
