Tags and maps
Keywords shared by all your files, and a private page with the timeline and mind map of your story.
What it's for
- Tags. Keywords like #memory, #fatigue, #work, the same in your record and your notebook. With “search #memory” you find every entry on a topic. Tags say what an entry is about, they aren't diagnoses. You can rename them with your own words.
- The map. A private page with every entry from record and notebook, in two views: the timeline, along your story or along your sessions, and the mind map, with the links between topics. You can filter by tag family and by date.
A paid Claude subscription is recommended for the map. Building it is a long job: Claude reads all your files, prepares the data and creates a full page. Within the limits of the free plan it may stop halfway.
The map demo
The map of record and notebook in 50 seconds: timeline, filters by family and by date, mind map with the links between tags.
All data in the video is made up. The interface in the video is in Italian; the video has no sound.
Every command, with a demo
Open a command to see its demo. Every demo ends with the command that updates the tool's files.

turn on tags
Here are the base tags, in four families: history and health; functioning; identity, diagnosis and relationships; daily life, work and writing. Would you like to remove, rename or add anything before we start?
Instead of #neurological-condition I want #my-injury
Done. I've tagged 34 entries in your record and notebook. Would you like me to check them on my own once a week, with scheduled upkeep?
No, I'll do it
tagtagging new entries

tag
First I saved a backup of your record. Then I tagged 6 new entries.
One entry, “playing the piano calms me”, doesn't fit any tag. Would you like to add #music?
Yes
update map
Done: the map has 6 new entries and the #music tag, with its colour.

search #fatigue
Here are the entries tagged #fatigue:
- Record, section 7: “I wake up at 4 and can't get back to sleep” [R]
- Notebook, 3/11 at 22:10: #reflections, “When I sleep badly, the next day I can't find my words”
- Record, section 8: strategy “no screens after 10 pm”, check on 20/11
update map
Done: the map has 4 new entries and 1 changed one. I didn't touch the design.

create map
The map will contain information about your health: it will stay a private page until you decide to share it. I'm starting: it will take a few minutes.
Here's your map: 52 entries, with the timeline and the mind map. I've written its address in your record.
Would you like it to update on its own, for example once a week?
No, I'll update it

It's just been created: there are no new entries to add.

What gets saved
- tags.md: the list of tags, with the map's colours.
- The map: a private page that only you open, until you decide to share it. Its address is in your record.
Tags and map are updated only with the commands or, if you choose it, with scheduled upkeep. Nothing is lost at the end of a chat.
